Luke Aziz: “I’ve had the great privilege to work with James on several projects where his abilities as a drummer go far beyond the term professional; his deft feel for the rhythm and groove makes my job as an engineer a pleasure and his insight & skill in setting up a drum kit for the perfect tone for the music is a rare skill in many young musicians I encounter. I’d highly recommend James to session on any project. When I need someone I can always rely on to work they way I like to; fast and right first time!”
Weyland Mckenzie: “James is the most reliable musician I've ever worked with. He continually goes above and beyond at every gig.”
Kavita Singh: “James is a joy to work with! He has this rare ability to combine excellent technical chops and playing with soul and feeling. Look forward to working with him more in the future.”
Marco Spaeth (singer for Iridesce): “James is reliable, hard-working and kind. The ease with which he plays and speed with which he picks-up on changes to tracks makes working with him absolutely effortless.”
